The COVID-19 pandemic was a key event forcing an increase in virtual work. Drawing on system theory, we examined whether teams showed enhanced processes later stages of the compared to early pandemic. We collected data from 54 ( N = 152 individuals) who worked 30-minute task. measured team and performance.
